President Note I am late as usual. September has flew by. Looking forward to the silent auction. Jodi and I are in the process of making fabric bowls.
We are starting something new this month--at 6:30 pm we will have small how to do that. Joyce Greer will start this. There is a different title for this, but the mind is not awake this am.

It is time to bring a friend to the guild meeting. Call your buddies. Let your sister guild know all about it. IT is here - the annual fund raising silent auction. Bring your items to sell and of course your check book. And yes, we are still on track for the big challenge reveal in November.

Demo this Month
I was reminded this weekend that we had voted to begin the demos at the October meeting. So, the first demo will be: So, you have a walking foot?? Or something like that. We will talk about pin basting, spray basting, and how to treat the quilt when doing straight line quilting with a walking foot. I will need 2 tables dedicated to this demo and I will start at 6:30.
